Add water, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well and let it cook. For Dulhan; In a mixing bowl, add Whole wheat flour, ragi flour, salt to taste and water need the dough well and keep it aside.

- .Phir ek blow me ata dal kar pani mix kar ke dough bana Lein.aur is ke balls bana kar bal kar diffetent shape me cutting kar Lein aur daal me dal kar 15 se 20 minutes
- Cook karein aur pher traka lagein.
- Traka,: - - Ek pan oil dal kar white zeera, whole red chilli dal brown karein aur daal me traka lagein. Daal ki Duhlan(Daal dhokli) ready. - Aur achar ke sath serve karein.
