- Cut lamb, set aside. Heat the oil, saute the seasoning that has been ground, saute until fragrant, add lamb and scallions. Add soy sauce. Add rice, stir until smooth and smoked rice. Remove and put on a serving plate, sprinkle with fried shallots. Serve while hot with complementary fried eggs, fresh tomato sliced and lettuce or any vegetables you like.
