  1. Take a cooker add oil and let it get hot. Then add cumin seeds, bay leaves, green chillies, curry leaves and stir it for 30 sec in low- medium flame.
  2. Add the ginger to it and cook till the raw smell goes away. Then add all the chopped Vegetables and stir it for 1min.
  3. Meanwhile dry roast the millets and moong dal for 1min.
  4. Add the millets and moong dal to the cooker and mix it well. Then add salt and turmeric powder and mix it.
  5. Add 2 cups of water in it and cook in a low - medium flame up to two whistles. Wait till the air will goes away from Cooker. Then serve it hot.
