  3. Now take kadhai put some oil in it add on onion, tomato,garlic and ginger paste and roast it for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Again add katahal in kadhai with all ingredients and toss it properly for few minutes and add water for cooking and leave it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Now remove kadhai from flame then garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or Roti.
