  1. Blanch the spinach&greenpeas.Heat a pan add 1tsp oil,put capsicum&beans stir 1 mints.
  2. Take a grienderjar add spinach,greenpeas,& roasted capsicum&greenbeans to make a roughly coarsed paste.Mix all other ingredients well.
  3. Makes tikki in the middle.put one cashew,r olled with breadcrumbs.
  4. Deepfry the harebhare tikki.And ow harebhare tikki is ready to serve.Serve with tomato sauce.
