  2. Make small balls of the mix  with the hand and immediately dip each  ball in the yellow of the egg and cover with the bread crumbs. Now press the ball and form desired  shapes
  3. Now pour the oil in a frying pan and fry each  croquette  . Make the fire slow  and turn both sides.Ensure that both sides are well coooked Take care that it is not over burnt. Alternatively  it can also be baked after applying ghee  in the baking tray. Yummy snack is ready
