The ingredients needed to make Moringa Paratha:
  1. Prepare 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup yogurt
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup Moringa leaves washed
  4. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Get 2-3 green chillies chopped fine
  7. Get 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
  8. Make ready as needed Water
  9. Get as needed Oil / Ghee to fry
Instructions to make Moringa Paratha:
  1. In a bowl add Whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped green chillies, peanut oil and mix.
  2. Add chopped Moringa leaves, and with yogurt start making the dough. Add water if needed. The dough should be soft. Smear with oil and keep it covered with a muslin cloth for 5-10 mins
  3. Make balls and Roll out the dough. Add little wheat flour if needed while make the Parathas.
  4. Heat the tawa and roast the Paratha. Add ghee to fry on both sides. Enjoy with pickle and yoghurt
