- In a kadai, add oil for deep frying. Once oil gets heat, keep the flame in medium. Dip the vazhaikai/ plantain pieces in the batter and put in oil.
- Deep fry till it turns golden brown colour. Take it out and drain them in an absorbent paper.
- Now it's ready to serve. Serve with tomato sauce or green coconut chutney.
