- Take a pressure cooker and fill up with water. Allow the water to boil by adding pinch of salt.
- Now add presoaked bajra and moth in a pressure cooker in boiling water.Now add ghee.
- Stir it in pressure cooker for sometime and let it boil for sometime.
- Close the pressure cooker with a lid and allow whistles to blow for 15 minutes.
- Switch off flame and allows it to remain in steam for 10 minutes.
- Open the cooker. Add jaggery. Allow it to melt down by adding melon seeds and dry fruits.
- Serve it hot by garnishing with pomegranate seeds and melon seeds
