- Get 1 kg Watermelon Jelly
- Get 2.5 tbsp Cornflour
- Prepare 1/4 cup Water
- Take to taste Sugar
- Prepare 1 tbsp Deshi ghee
- Make ready 1 tbsp Oil
Steps to make Watermelon Jelly:
- Cut the watermelon into cube size & remove all seeds. Then blend it. After blend, take aside.
- Take cornflour in a small bowl & add water then mix it well. After mix, take aside.
- Take a pan and add watermelon juice. Cook it in low flame.
- Add sugar and let it boil.
- After boil add cornflour slury. Stir continuously until it's thicken.
- Finally add deshi ghee. Now switch off the flame.
- Take equal sizes bowl & then grease them all with oil.
- Put the cooked watermelon into those bowls.
- Rest them at room temperature for 1 hour then put them in fridge for 7 to 8 hours.
- After 8 hours remove it from the Bowl.
- Now jelly is ready.
