  1. First wash the mutton, potatoes and raw ingredients. Now make smooth paste of onion garlic and ginger. Marinate the whole mutton with curd and the ready paste along with 1tbs mustard oil. Heat the pan and add cinnamon,cloves, bay leaves, red chilli whole. Now add marinated mutton and mix well. Then add other ingredients like turmaric powder,chilli powder, chopped tomatoes. Mix well. Heat in low flame.Add little water. Slowly mix the Whole in heat. Gradually it turns red.
  2. Meanwhile in another pan heat some mustard oil and pour the potatoes and some turmaric powder. Light fry the potatoes.
  3. Now add the potatoes with the mutton and mix well. Now put salt and green chillies. Mix well.put the whole in pressure cooker and pour the dust cardamom powder over it.close the lid of cooker and wait for 4 whistles.Now switch off the gas. After 15 minutes open the lid and serve the mutton kosha with Basmoti rice. Now Our lunch is ready.
