- Vanilla Sponge Cake: Add the sugar to the 2 eggs and whip with a whisk until thick enough that ribbons form.
- Add the sifted flour (60 g) and use a spatula to mix it in well.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence. Combine well.
- Pour into the cake pan and thoroughly remove the air bubbles.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes in a preheated 170°C oven.
- Cocoa Sponge Cake: Add the sugar to the 2 eggs and whip well with a whisk until ribbons form.
- Sift together the cocoa powder and the flour and then add to Step 6. Use a spatula to mix in well.
- Add the milk and melted butter and combine well.

- Spread brandy on the top of the cake again and coat with the tiramisu sauce. Dust with cocoa powder and it's done.
