- Get 1/2 cup bacon fat rendered
- Get 1/2 stick butter (2 ounces)
- Make ready 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- Prepare 2 tbsp white distilled vinegar
- Get rice
- Take 5 cups long grain rice
- Get 1 1/2 quart water
- Take 2 tbsp cayenne pepper powder
- Take 2 tsp salt
- Get 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- Prepare 1 can chicken broth or beef your choice (15 ounces)
- Prepare 1/2 stick butter

Instructions to make Skunks gumbo:
