- Cream the butter and sugar till pale. Add the vanilla and mix well. Now add the baking powder and the maida to it. Add maida in 3 parts. Mix gently to get a crumbly dough. Dust some maida on a plastic sheet, place the dough on it. Cover with a nother plastic sheet and roll out the dough to get uniform thickness. Using heart shaped cutter cut out the cookies.
- Bake these cookies in an a preheated kadhai for 10 to 12 minutes or till the edges turn golden. Enjoy!
