  1. Firstly in a blender take 1 cup coriander leaves, ½ cup mint leaves and peeled raw mango chopped and just a tsp of lemon juice.
  2. Also add 3 clove garlic, 3 inch ginger and 3 green chilli & salt. I like to use walnuts as it works as a preservative too
  3. Blend everything to a smooth paste adding water (only if needed add a spoon only)
  4. Don’t put too much water at a time otherwise chutney will become very runny.
  5. Green chutney is ready to use for sandwich or chaats.
