  5. Add sugar and mix
  6. Sprinkle the sesame seeds
  7. Add vinegar and stir well. Cover and simmer.
  8. Once simmered, use a potato mash to mash the mixture till smooth
  9. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Then pour in a mason jar.
