The ingredients needed to make Mango Falooda:
  1. Make ready 250 ml milk
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp sugar
  3. Make ready 1 cup mango ice cream
  4. Take 2 tbsp basil seeds
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup Falooda seviya (vermicelli)
  6. Get as needed Mango syrup (optional)
  7. Prepare as needed Chopped nuts and mango
Instructions to make Mango Falooda:
  1. Soak basil seeds (sabja seeds) in sufficient water for about 20 minutes. Keep all other ingredients ready and start assembling.
  2. Take a glassware and first add sabja seeds then add Falooda seviya to it.
  3. Take chilled milk add some mango ice cream to it along with some sugar and churn it in a mixer jar. This will get you a thick milkshake kind of consistency of milk. Add this to the glass.
  4. Top it with another scoop of mango ice cream. Now add mango syrup or mango rabri.(optional; add if available)
  5. Garnish with some chopped nuts and chopped mango pieces. Serve chill and enjoy.
