  1. Take 150 gm Green Moong dal pre soaked
  2. Get 50 gm spinach
  3. Make ready 4-5 Green Chilli
  4. Take 1 tsp ginger paste
  5. Take Pinch hing (asafoetida)
  6. Take 1 tbsp Whole coriander
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Make ready as needed Oil to fry

  1. Pre- soak the dal for atleast 5-6 hrs. Then wash it thoroughly.
  2. Now in a mixer add the dal and whole coriander seeds and mix it into a course paste. Don't add water to this paste
  3. Now take the paste in a bowl add ginger paste, finely chopped spinach, hing, salt, finely chopped green chiles and coriander leaves. Add some madia/ rice flour for crispyness and binding. Mix them well
  4. In a kadai add oil. Let it heat well then make small balls and let it fry. It should cooked from inside if required lower the flame
  5. Serve it with green chutney
