- Take 1 . Full cream Milk powder - 2 cup
- Make ready 2 . Sugar - 1/2 cup (powdered)
- Get 3 . Milk - 1/2 cup
- Take 4 . Cardamom powder - 1 tspn
- Take 5 . Salt - a pinch
- Get 6 . Ghee - 2 tbspn
- Make ready 7 . Almonds sliced for garnishing

Making peda with khoya is easy, quick and does For aroma I have used cardamom powder. You can also use saffron or both saffron and cardamon. Homemade Milk Powder Peda is a delicious awesome Indian sweet, very tempting and irresistible.
Instructions to make Milk powder peda:
- In a bowl add milk powder and milk. Mix well.
- Heat a pan, in low flame add ghee and milk powder Mix. Stir well for about 5 minutes keeping the flame on low.
- Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Stir continuously in medium flame until the mixture gets thick. (This time it will get seperated from side of the pan).
- Switch off the flame and transfer the mix in a greased pan. Allow to cool.
- Scoop a tablespoon of mix and prepare a balls. Prepare a smooth and crack free balls by greasing ghee to hands. Garnish with almonds. - Delicious milk powder peda is ready.
- Note : - Use after 4 hours. - - Keep in room temperature for 2 days. - - Refrigerate in a air tight container to store for a week.
Prepared from khoya and sugar, it is semi soft like fudge. Milk Peda is a classic sweet made for festive occasions. They are very delicious and made with very few ingredients milk powder, Milkmaid, ghee, saffron and nuts. Doodh peda is an easy and delicious Indian sweet with milk powder and condensed milk.
