  1. Make ready 2 cup wheat flour
  2. Get 1 cup powdered sugar
  3. Take 1 cup desi ghee
  4. Get 1 cup almonds+cashew
  5. Take 1/4 cup raisins

  1. Heat a heavy bottom Kadhai.Add 2 spoon ghee roast almonds and cashew in it till light brown. Take out it in a plate and let them cool. Blend to make coarse powder.
  2. In same Kadhai add remaining ghee, roast wheat flour on low heat until golden brown and aroma comes out. Keep stirring continuously (it will take minimum 15-20 minutes)Add dry fruits.
  3. Turnoff the flame and let the mixture cool.Keep mixing continuesly.add powdered sugar and kishmish. - Mix well. Panjiri is ready.store it in a airtight container.
  4. Enjoy Panjiri with a Glass of Milk.
  5. Note-You can also add other dry fruits as per your choice.remember you have to roast flour in low flame.
