Moong Dal (skinned split mung gram) is amongst one of the most commonly used lentils in India. This Moong dal tadka is a vegan recipe of mung lentils cooked with onion, tomatoes, ginger and then tempered with cumin, garlic, green chili and some Indian spice. - Now curry -heat another pan put two table spoons oil in the pan add jeera when sprinkles add carrot pieces beans fry add termaric powder red chilli powder mix well add capsicum then tomatoes mix add paneer pieces
- Add dry roasted jeera dhania powder mix well add little water to the pan and put the lid to the pan boil three to four minutes then remove the cover and put to the plate
- Tasty puri and curry is ready
