  1. In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients for making Oats-Spinach muthiya. Mix well to make soft dough.(If needed as more curd)
  2. Divide into four equal portions and roll each into cylindrical shape rolls
  3. Arrange prepared muthiya rolls in steamer vessel,steam for 10-12 minutes till done.
  4. Remove from steamer vessel, cool little then sliced into 1/2"pieces as shown.
  5. In small tadka pan add heat oil,add mustard seeds,cummin seeds and sesame seeds as splutter add curry leaves. Off the flame. Pour it on muthiya pieces. Mix gently. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Oats-Spinach Muthiya with hot tea/ coffee.
