- Take 1 cup moong dal (wash and drain)
- Make ready 1 cup oats(rolled or instant)
- Make ready 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot,beans,onion,peas)

- Prepare 4 tbsp desi ghee
- Take 1 tsp jeera
- Prepare 1 tsp green chilli chopped
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Steps to make Desi Oats khichdi:
- Firstly,take a pressure cooker heat desi ghee and add jeera saute it, add all the veggies. Saute the veggies in the low flame and cook it well.
- After 10 min veggies change the colour add salt,add chopped green chilli, add turmeric powder.
- All tadka saute well, add 4 cup water, also add oats and dal.
- On the medium flame,pressure cook for 3 whistle. When the pressure goes off open the lid and chopped coriander leaves.
- Add some desi ghee and serve it hot.
