- Take another pot.add oil and heat it.then add kadi leaves,cumin,kasuri methi and dry red chilli.let it splutter.then add onion,left garlic,and tomato fry it well.then add tadka masala.and cook it well.
- Now add the tadka to dal kept in claypot.stir it well.cook for 1 min.
- Now mitti wali dal ready to eat.try it with rooti or paratha.
