- Now put 1tsp sugar,gr chilli and jeera powder.Mix nicely all.
- Add washed rice and Dal.Mix with spatula 2-3mins
- Add two glasses of water and boil.
- All the dals and rice will get cooked in a while.Add water further if required.
- Keep stirring in between. Consistency of Khichadi can be adjusted as per your liking.Some like it thick and some like it runny.
