- Add water and ginger to the frying pan, and remove the scum diligently as shown in the photo. When the scum is removed add the sukiyaki sauce and dashi stock granules, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes with the lid on.
- Serve a generous amount on top of rice, with lots of sauce! Beni-shoga red pickled pepper is a nice garnish.
