- Heat cooking pan and add the cooking oil, and onion, garlic then saute then add pork and cook until light brown.
- Pour soy sauce and water then bring to simmer until the meat tender. Add liver, bay leaves, salt, pepper then cook 5-10minutes.
- Add carrots, pea and red bell pepper and simmer 3-5 minutes until ticken and saucy. Cooked and ready to serve. Enjoy.
