- Prepare Pigeon
- Make ready Onions
- Make ready Bonnet peppers

- Pound or blend pepper, garlic and ginger, slice onions in a different blow and set aside.

- Add fried meat (pigeon)….stir and allow to cook on a low heat for 2mins
