- Turn on the oven to pre-heat. Put the mix in a baking tray. Put the spices on and mix well. Add a cup of boiling water. Put in the oven. Bake until the water evaporates completely. Don't forget to check on the potatoes.
- Meanwhile prepare the mix in a small bowl. I added a pinch of savory cause it looks good.
- When the potatoes are ready and there's little to no water in the tray, put the mix over. Be careful, if there's still water there, it won't look as good.
- Put in the oven again and wait until golden.
