The ingredients needed to make Fig Jam:
- Prepare 4 Figs (about 400 g)

- Cook over a low-medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Mash with a spatula as you cook and skim off any residue that floats to the surface.
- When it looks like this, it's ready!
- Sterilize the jars in boiling water. Pour the jam into the jars, put the lids on, flip upside down and let cool.
- I really recommend trying it mixed in with natural yogurt!
She was so thrilled and said that. For a chunky jam, gently mush large pieces of figs with a fork or potato masher; for a smoother jam, process in a food processor. Spoon jam into jars, leaving ¼ inch space and close with lid. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. Small batch fig jam and small world!
