- Now heat the oil. If you put a pinch of batter it should rise immediately. Now adjust the flame to medium-low and slowly Press the murukku press in a circular motion. Do not overlap, just make two rounds. Now gently stir the sev until golden brown till the bubble stops and flip to the other side and stir it until golden brown.
