  7. Use only clean and dry glass jar to keep it for long time, relish the taste of this simple yet delicious jam when cold
  8. Note….. Raw mango should not be too tangy, take totapalai raw mango for better result
  9. U can keep it without preservative for a month when stored in refrigerator in a glass jar
  10. You can adjust sugar according to the tanginess of raw mango or to your taste, do not add water in any step
