- First I chop onion,tomato,Capsicum, carrot,green chilli. In a bowl take one egg,chopped onion,green chilli and salt and mix it. Take 1 tsp oil in a pan and heat it. Pour the egg mixture into it and make one omelette. Similar way make another and kept it in a plate.
- Next I take 2 tsp oil in the pan and add chopped onion,carrot, Capsicum, green chilli, tomato and peas. Stir to fry and add some salt to taste.
- Then I add noodles, 3 cups water and tastemaker to it. Stir it well. When the water is soaked turn off the gas.
- Now the noodles are poured on one omlette and cover it with another omlette.
- Then I cut it into 4 pieces with a knife.
- Now it is ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
