Instructions to make Ragi/Finger Millet Dosa:
  1. Take ragi and gram flour in a bowl. Add spices and a little water at a time to make a smooth batter.
  2. Now stir the mixture well. Brush some oil on a non stick pan/ tawa and pour a laddle of batter.
  3. Cook a medium to high flame and flip when done from one side. You can keep it thin and cook from only one side as traditional dosas.
  4. Your healthy Ragi dosa is ready! Serve with any Chutney or sambhar!
