- Take small portion of dough and make leaf shape. Make design with stick. Repeat this process with remaining dough and make more thekua like this.
- Now take a kadai,add oil. When oil is getting hot,add thekua into oil and fry it. Until they becomes golden brown in color.thekua with jaggery are ready.
