Instructions to make Raw mango chutney:
- Dry roast 1tbsp of panch phutan & make a powder.
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add panch phutan, ginger, curry leaf, green chilli. Saute.
- Add mango, salt, turmeric powder. Mix well. Cover and cook till tender.
- Add tomatoes. Mix well & cover & cook for 2-3 min.
- Now add sugar/jaggery as per taste. Mix well and stir continuously.
- Add panch phutan powder, red chilli powder. Stir well. Cook till oil separates.
- Don't add water. U can preserve it for 15 days in fridge.
- Goes well with any kind of chapati and rice. πππ
