  1. In pan dissolved jaggery and water cool it. Add black rock salt,red chilli powder and green chillies paste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and keep aside. Chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves. Keep all required ingredients ready to prepare Oats Bhel.
  2. In mixing bowl add oats,puff rice, chopped onion, tomato, pomegranate pearls, spicy peanuts. Mix well.
  3. Pour prepared chutney on it. Mix well.
