- Heat pan and add jeera as it get roasted add tomato paste and simmer
- Add all the dry masala and add ginger chilli paste
- Add chanapaste and let it simmer at low flame..as it dries add spoonful of water in batches and roast it at low flame
- As the aroma comes add two glass water and chopped potato and few chanain it
- Let the potato and chanacooked..and garnish it with green coriander
