  1. Get 1.5 cups matar (frozen)
  2. Make ready 1 tsp Jeera or Cumin seeds for tempering
  3. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  4. Make ready 1 green chilli chopped
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  6. Take 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  7. Get 2 tomatoes
  8. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Get 1 tsp coriander powder
  10. Take 1/4 tsp kitchen king masala
  11. Take 1 tsp anardana powder
  12. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. Prepare to taste salt
  14. Make ready as required Fresh coriander chopped
Instructions to make Hare Matar ki Sabzi:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add jeera, saute a while.
  2. Add garlic paste, ginger paste saute for few seconds.
  3. Add onion saute a while, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt saute a while.
  4. Add matar, mix it well, cover with lid and cook until matar are cooked properly.
  5. Now add tomato (puree) mix it well cover the pan & cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add anardana powder mix well. Then add garam masala and mix well again.
  7. Sprinkle coriander for garnishing.
  8. Hare Matar ki sabzi is ready to serve. Serve hot with chapati, paratha.
