  2. Take 1 cup (250 ml) plain yoghurt (natural or skyr)
  3. Take 0.5 cup (125 ml) milk
  4. Take 4 tsps sugar or honey
  5. Get 1 sprinkle of cinnamon or cardamom
  6. Prepare ice cubes (optional)
Instructions to make Mango Lassi:
  1. Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Place in the blender.
  2. Add yoghurt, milk, honey/sugar and cinnamon/cardamom. Mix until smooth and well blended (about 2 minutes).
  3. Taste and adjust the flavour by adding more yoghurt to make it more creamy, honey to make it more sweet or cinnamon for a stronger taste.
  4. If you want a more milkshake consistency, either blend in some ice as well or serve over ice cubes.
  5. The mango lassi can be stored in the fridge for up to 24h.
