Mun Tofu is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. Mun Tofu is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have mun tofu using 12 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Mun Tofu:
  1. Prepare 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  2. Get 3 cloves garlic, minced
  3. Get 2 cm ginger, thinly sliced or pounded
  4. Take 250 gr ground pork
  5. Prepare 1 pack silken tofu (300 gr), smashed with a fork
  6. Get 2 tsp fish sauce
  7. Prepare 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp white pepper powder or to taste
  10. Get 150 ml water
  11. Take 1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water
  12. Take 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
Steps to make Mun Tofu:
  1. Heat sesame oil over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add ground pork. Cook until it change color.
  3. Add water. Cook until boiling. - Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder.
  4. Add tofu. Mix well.
  5. Add the mixture of cornstarch and water. Keep stirring until the sauce is thickened. Adjust the taste.
  6. Add green onions. Mix well. Remove from the heat.
  7. Serve over warm white rice. Yum! 😋
