  1. Prepare 5 shallot
  2. Get 100 ml oil
  3. Prepare Minced pork (oyster sauce, sesame oil, “tsuheng wine”, pepper, potato starch)

Steps to make Kolo Mee:
  1. Pour in 100ml oil and fry sliced shallot until golden brown
  2. Put shallot and shallot oil into two different bowls
  3. Use some of the oil to fry marinated minced pork (marinate for an hour at least)
  4. Boil Kolo Mee and then rinse it and pour cold water onto it
  5. Then put it back into boiled water for a few seconds
  6. Mix 3tbsp shallot oil, one tbsp soy sauce, one tbsp white pepper
  7. Pour Kolo Mee into the sauce mixture (add more soy sauce or white pepper to taste)
  8. Add minced pork and fried shallot on top
