  1. In a pressure cooker add chana daal, haldi, ginger, garlic and hing.cook for 6-7 whistles.
  2. Cook till daal is completely done. It should not be runny.
  3. Now take the wheat flour. Add the cooked daal and all the dry spices with little bit of salt. (keep an eye on salt quantity as our daal also contain salt)
  4. Add chopped onion and green chilli.
  5. Now with the help of water knead the dough. It should be soft.
  6. With the help of rolling pin roll out the paratha or chappati.
  7. Your missi roti or paratha is ready.serve it with any curry or raita.
