- Pakoras mix the ingredients into a thick batter form into marble sized balls fry until golden brown when done put on paper towels to drain and set aside
- Kadhi mix the yogurt amd 16 ounces of water together mix with the gram flour male sure no lumps
- add to the batter water salt , chili powder, papaya powder, turmeric powder, amd water amd wisk well
- heat the oil add the cumin powder, mustard powder, and water-yogurt mixture whisk till it boils stir . cover and leave on heat enough to simmer , simmer for 20 minutes stir occasionally
- after 20 minutes add sugar, mint, and green chilies cook 10 minutes should be thick add the Pakoras simmer till they are soft
