  2. When sugar melts slow the flame and add lemon juice, vanilla essence and egg yolks. After adding egg yolks stir continuesly till the Mixture combine well (if leave stirring, yolks must be crumbled) so keep stirring. Till Mixture leaves the bottom and gonne shiny thick.
  3. Mixture is ready pour in bowl and let it came on room temperature, then mix again and wrap it with plastic cling film and keep in fridge to cool completely. Lemon curd ready to make tarts, cakes, Swiss rolls and much more.

Perfect on toast, scones, hot buttered crumpets or rippled through ice cream. Fruit curd is a dessert spread and topping usually made with citrus fruit, such as lemon, lime, orange, or tangerine.
