Steps to make Orange Marmalade/Jam:
  1. Peel the oranges and remove all the seeds. Long slit the orange wedge on the fleshy part and remove the seeds
  2. Put all the oranges in the blender,add the sugar,and blend it.
  3. Scrape all the white part of the peel and finely chop the rind.(Can use one full orange rind if it's other oranges)
  4. Take a wide vessel and turn on the heat. Add the blended orange, water,salt,rind. Add the lemon juice once it comes to boil and keep stirring very frequently. (Add a pinch of powdered cinnamon if you like the flavour)
  5. After the colour starts changing and it's bubbling..stir continuously till you get a jam like texture.
  6. Let it cool and transfer it into an air tight glass jar or container and store it in the refrigerator.
