- Squeeze the orange and keep separate the juice and membranes

- After 30 mins remove the tied membrane.
- Add 500gram sugar and mix well. Keep stirring every 5mins. It will take nearly 45-60mins to get correct consistency.
- Pour some drops of sugar syrup in chilled plate. If the sugar syrup comes thicker, then switch of the flame immediately.
- Cool down and transfer into glass jar and refrigerate until use.
