  5. Add the red capsicum. Simmer and allow the liquid to evaporate to thicken the remaining sauce.
  6. Remove, transfer to a plate. Serve

To cook pork igado; Marinate the liver in vinegar. Saute the garlic in oil until reddish brown. Stirring constantly add the pig's heart, kidney and liver (with the vinegar ).
