  1. Chop the parsley finely
  2. Crush the garlic with the side of knife, peel it and chop finely
  3. Peel the unions and chop very finely
  4. Grate the parmesan

  11. One the pasta is nearly done, remove the bay leaf from the sauce, add the remaining parsley and stir through. Season to your taste with salt and pepper. Then return the meatball to the sauce to warm through.
  12. Serve the pasta and sauce with the meatballs. Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan. Ready!!
