- In a sufuria, put oil 2spoon and onions, in a low heat, keep stirring to prevent burning, add garlic, ginger and stir for Atleast 3 min in low heat
- Add potatoes and tomatoes, and allow them to cook for about 10min,,,add a half cup of water to cook potatoes,,
- Add now githeri, allow it to cook for 5min add, salt to taste, and add soup to avoid it drying… Let it cook persely.. Serve with ovacando while hot
